The event, entitled “Saugatuck Shores Twilight Tour,” will be held on Thursday, October 2, 2014 from 4:30-7:30 P.M.
The tour starts at 17 Bermuda Road, a spacious, light-filled home with panoramic views of the water located just a short walk from beachfront access. While here, participants can enjoy a wine and cheese tasting before continuing on to Canal Beach for a meet and greet with local guests including a Representative Town Meeting member, Citibank representative, as well as representatives from the Cedar Point Yacht Club and Saugatuck Harbor Yacht Club. 70 Harbor Road and 92 Harbor Road are two additional homes scheduled for the tour, both boasting modern features and waterfront views of the Long Island Sound. A festive tasting will take place at these destinations. The evening will close with a return to Canal Beach overlooking the sunset. Additionally, there will be over $400 worth of drawings sponsored by Saugatuck merchants and restaurants throughout the night. “This special tour encompasses extraordinary homes in a magnificent area of Connecticut,” said Robin Blank. “We are excited to highlight the beachy lifestyle of the Saugatuck Shore, and its convenient location only two minutes to the train and Saugatuck village, which boasts 16 restaurants and cafes plus other stores.”
