William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty Names Heather Gagnon as Old Lyme Brokerage Manager

Gagnon to lead one of the firm’s four Connecticut Shoreline brokerages

Old Lyme, Conn. – March 31, 2020 William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty announced today that Heather Gagnon will serve as Brokerage Manager for the firm’s Old Lyme office. Gagnon previously served as the Assistant Regional Manager for the firm’s Essex and Old Lyme offices.

Prior to that role, she held the position of Director of Business Development, serving all four Shoreline brokerages including Madison and Guilford. In that position, she gained significant experience training and coaching agents, hosting both group and one-on-one training sessions across the four brokerages every day of the week, in topics ranging from business planning to database management to lead generation.

Gagnon has been a licensed Realtor since 2002, and received her Connecticut broker’s license in 2015. Her prior experience includes bank management and education, with her previous position at Navy Federal Credit Union involving traveling to universities along the Eastern Seaboard to host financial planning seminars. She has three years of experience teaching real estate agents as an instructor in real estate principles and practices.

Born in Scotland and raised in Stonington, Conn., Gagnon currently resides in Old Lyme with her husband, with whom she has three children. An animal lover with two dogs, three cats and six chickens, Gagnon also enjoys the beach, traveling, bicycling and kayaking in her spare time.
