William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty Welcomes Kim Gifford, Formerly of Coldwell Banker


Top-ranking, multi-million dollar producer joins the firm

Danbury, Conn. (November 13, 2014) — William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty today announced that Kim Gifford, formerly of Coldwell Banker, has joined the company as a sales agent and will be based in the firm’s Northern Fairfield County Regional brokerage in Danbury, Conn.

Gifford comes to the firm as a top-producing agent, closing over $11 million in dollar volume and 31 units in the past 12 months. She was recognized by Coldwell Banker as a member of the International Presidents Circle Top 3% Nationwide, and is also a recipient of the Five-Star Real Estate Agent award for being among the top 50 agents in Connecticut.  In addition, Gifford is ranked in the top 100 agents for the N.Y./Conn. metro area, and has been featured on TLC’s “My First Home.”
