Sotheby’s International Realty Enters Saudi Market

First China, with our Caimeiju partnership, and now Saudi Arabia! Not only is the company expanding our global reach, but we are strengthening our connections across the globe. Sotheby’s International Realty signed an exclusive 25 year master franchise agreement with Regents Group LLC to develop our brand throughout Saudi Arabia, Bahrain and Kuwait. The first office opened in Riyadh in November.

As Philip White, the president and CEO of Sotheby’s International Realty Affiliates LLC, states, “Saudi Arabia is a strategically important market for the Sotheby’s International Realty brand and this signing represents a key step forward in our overall growth plans across the Middle East.” Similarly to Chinese residents, many Saudi nationals look to international markets to purchase real estate, so the First Regents Sotheby’s International Realty team will be a crucial affiliate connection. The opening of this office has commenced introduced our brand to an important new market for our luxury network!
