William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty Closes Highest Sale in Hartford County Year to Date

William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty announced today that the firm’s Hartford County Regional brokerage recently closed on the highest sale in Hartford County year to date. 385 Deercliff Road, listed by Scott Glenney, sold on May 19th for $2,100,000. The sale was also the second highest county-wide in the past 12 months.

The nearly 9,400 square-foot Avon, Conn., Colonial includes five bedrooms, five full bathrooms, a billiards room, expansive views and a heated saltwater pool and spa.
