In 2009 Amy and Joanna combined their efforts, under the Sotheby’s International Realty umbrella to provide exceptional service to their buyers and sellers in the broad areas of both New York - Westchester, Putnam, Dutchess Counties, and Connecticut - with transactions and clients throughout Fairfield County. Working as a collaborative duo, these two seasoned professionals provide their multi-faceted skills, stellar service and a touch of humor to their clients. Their marketing expertise, in-depth knowledge of their territory, and an open-minded approach to structuring transactions inspires confidence and ensures satisfaction for both buyers and sellers.

Passionate about her work and enthusiastic about all that Westchester County offers, Amy brings energy, expertise, and personal commitment to every real estate transaction. Her ability to connect with buyers and sellers, converting their needs into tangible assets, has been the foundation of a successful career that began in 1983. Amy is a lifelong Northern Westchester resident; she grew up in Pound Ridge, graduated from Fox Lane High School, and is married to a Byram Hills High School alum. An avid equestrian and insightful observer, she has ridden all the trails in Northern Westchester and watched its communities change and grow enormously over the years. 

Westchester born and raised and a graduate of Scarsdale High School, Joanna firmly believes their towns offer the best of everything to buyers at every price point.  Joanna has built her impressively successful real estate career on a solid background in law and management. She is a graduate of Bowdoin College and St. John’s Law School and spent 5 years managing the Sotheby’s Katonah and Chappaqua offices. Joanna’s perspective is driven by uncompromising ethical standards; she has served on the Professional Standards Committee for the local Board of Realtors for more than 10 years.

Both Amy and Joanna remain active community volunteers.  Amy is a fundraiser for Avon Breast Cancer, for years leading a team in the annual 39 mile NYC walk. She is also a dedicated and tireless fundraiser for the Make-A-Wish Foundation.  Joanna served on the Board of the Oak Lane Child Care Center for 10 years and currently sits on the Board for New Castle Field Hockey Association, is an assistant coach for the Greeley Youth Lacrosse Association and delivers meals for the New Castle residents in need.
