To describe the service that Anna provides in one short review is a gross understatement to her value throughout the entire real estate buying process. Anna is by far the most client focused agent there is. My wife and I started our journey on buying our first home aimlessly and we know that working with first time home buyers who are unsure about what they want is no easy task for a buyer agent. But not for Anna- she has an incredible amount of patience and even though she is a specialist in the river towns of Westchester she is incredibly educated when it comes to other areas of the county as well.In a world where most potential buyers feel that the information they need is simply available through the online listing- Anna debunked this time and time again by making numerous visits to various town building departments on our behalf to bring up discrepancies that saved us from major headaches down the road. Anna is a phenomenal agent! She has that rare combination of expertise in many areas, an extraordinary work ethic, a caring heart and the ability to listen. She helped me sell my family home, simultaneously look for properties to buy, and ultimately found me a wonderful rental. Along the way, we bid on several properties. Doing all of this required a lot of work on her part, especially as I would sometimes change my mind, but Anna was always completely supportive of me through the process. While others might have been frustrated, her comment was that she always learned something and that was what mattered to her. Preparing to sell my family home of seventy years was an eighteen month process. Anna basically held my hand and guided me through every step. She was always available for questions, anticipated problems common to selling an older house and helped me strategize solutions to those problems. Anna was invaluable in her advice for making my home look more up to date for today’s market with suggestions for paint colors, light fixtures, and decluttering. She did an amazing job of staging my home and the pictures were absolutely stunning. The house had several offers at asking the first two weeks and one of those went through to closing. Additionally, Anna was consistently a formidable negotiator on my behalf. She always had clear reasons to support her recommendations, knows the market and understands the psychology of pricing and how to get a favorable deal. Sale - July 2020

Anna sold my sister's house in 2020 in Hasting - on - Hudson and had it priced right and secured a group of potential buyers. She quickly took me through the sales process and was able to choose the optimum price with the best terms with the least amount of stress. Additionally, in 2021 I immediately had Anna market my Ardsley house. She helped with de-clutching, choosing colors and staging. I would recommend Anna to anyone who needs assistance in the myriad details of professional sales and marketing.
