Carly Woodard

I can’t say enough good things about working with Carly. I truly wouldn’t want to work with anyone else. She’s incredibly principled, strategic, and grounded. She sold our house over asking in just one weekend, and made the whole process easy and so much less stressful from start to finish. Having lived in Fairfield County since she was young, Carly brings a wealth of local knowledge that’s truly invaluable. She’s not just an amazing realtor; she’s a wonderful mom and an all-around great person who understands exactly what people are looking for in a home, no matter their lifestyle. Seller, Fairfield County

We loved working with Carly! Buying and selling houses at the same time felt overwhelming, but Carly made the entire process clear and manageable, explaining each step along the way. Her strong relationships with other realtors and thoughtful approach to every detail truly made all the difference Jessica & Ante (Westport)

Integrity, local knowledge, and a true advocate. Carly brought us home to Fairfield County. The word that comes to mind when I think of Carly Woodard is integrity. Carly took us on when we thought we were only looking for a rental. Finding a house from two states and two hours away is no easy feat, but she made it possible. She visited homes without us to tell us whether they were worth the trip, and she FaceTimed us whenever we wanted to see something. When it came to negotiating, she was our strongest ally. In a luxury market where homes routinely sell well above asking, she got us ours for hundreds of thousands under. As a Fairfield County native, Carly knows this area better than most. She’s also humble enough to tell you when someone else is better suited for a very specific neighborhood or need. That happened only once, and we were so impressed that she cared more about us having the best person and experience than about how she’d be compensated. It says everything you need to know about her. Carly is sharp, knows this market inside and out, and uses that knowledge entirely on her clients’ behalf. If you’re buying in Fairfield County, especially from a distance, she’s the agent you want. Danielle S.

Carly was extremely thorough in answering all of my questions. She spent time showing me comps in the area, which made me comfortable deciding on our home.
