A graduate of St. John’s University Business School, Dean started his real estate career at 20 years old leasing apartments and commercial properties in New York City. He used these basic sales skills to launch a very successful career. Dean held executive roles in Sales and Marketing for several Fortune 500 companies including: J & J, Crayola and BIC. Dean’s broad sales and negotiating skills were honed over many years servicing some of the largest retailers in the United States and Canada.
Dean brings a distinctive edge when it comes to strategically and aggressively marketing properties to generate optimal exposure and results. He possesses strong organizational skills, great listening skills and the ability to close transactions with “win-win” results for the buyer and seller.
Relocating his family to CT over 20 years ago…Dean fell in love with the beauty, history and nature of the Connecticut coast where he is an active volunteer in community and charity events. Presently, he is serving as a commissioner in the Fire and Public Works Departments in Guilford.
