Rye Brokerage

49 Purchase Street
Rye, NY 10580

As a lifelong resident of the Rye-Harrison area, Debbie has exceptional insight into both communities as well as the surrounding villages of Port Chester, Rye Brook, and Mamaroneck

Prior to entering the real estate industry in 2008, Debbie spent over 15 years teaching in the Harrison Central School District and neighboring parochial schools. These experiences served as a foundation for building a wealth of knowledge about local schools, neighborhoods, and housing options. When time allows, she will substitute in the Rye district to keep up with educational trends.

Debbie now continually builds knowledge of the Sound Shore communities by assisting a myriad of clients especially first time home buyers who can appreciate the individual attention and care that Debbie provides her clients.

Debbie is an Alumni of Harrison High School, St. Bonaventure University, and Manhattanville College. Two of her three daughters have graduated from the Rye City School District, and the youngest is still actively enjoying Rye Middle School.

Community involvement is a huge priority in Debbie's life and she is engaged in many aspects. She is a board member of the Rye Girls Softball League and leads the Umpires as their coordinator.

Debbie serves as a client coordinator and volunteer for The Wig Exchange-a service organization for cancer patients going through chemotherapy as well as a volunteer member of Sole Ryeders and Friends Organization.

For many years, Debbie was a Catechist for Resurrection Parish and continues to actively volunteer when needed. She is a member of the Denison University Parents Club and has assisted with recruiting in our area. Debbie also has a vast history of volunteerism for many PTO related committees throughout her family's many years in the Rye City School District. Her family enjoys and supports both the Rye Golf Club and the Rye YMCA.

Having owned and renovated homes in both Rye and Harrison, the Nye family is grateful to be part of such outstanding communities.
