This role gave her the opportunity to work hands-on with developers in Manhattan and New Jersey creating detailed marketing plans, evaluating architectural plans, pre-development planning, analyzing layouts and unit mix and providing design recommendations. She then went on to specialize in new development condo sales where she has contributed to over $700M in sales and has won numerous awards alongside her team. She was a top seller on a project that was recognized as the best-selling building in Manhattan and Brooklyn for three consecutive years.

Desiree’s professionalism and personable approach coupled with her market knowledge, instills confidence in her clients and makes them feel comfortable throughout the entire process. Her focus is always on the client achieving their real estate goals while ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.  

Outside of her professional endeavors in real estate, Desiree finds fulfillment in spending quality time with her family, traveling, trying new restaurants and is an avid reader.
