With more than 15 years of experience which started at her family’s real estate firm, Jenny, who joined Julia B. Fee Sotheby’s International Realty in 2008, has earned a reputation for providing distinctive service. Not only does she share her knowledge of the area with clients, she is also an invaluable resource in terms of contacts with local mortgage brokers, attorneys and a host of other local business owners and service providers. Jenny regularly arranges in-person introductions for her clients to help ease clients’ stress and make the transaction as seamless as possible.
As a top Westchester County real estate agent, Jenny has achieved distinction as a Top 3% Julia B. Fee/Sotheby’s International Realty Agent, and in 2015 was named #1 broker in sales volume for multiple listed properties at the Rye brokerage. She is active in all aspects of buying and selling in the communities of Harrison, Rye, Purchase, Port Chester, White Plains, Rye Brook and Rye Neck and takes pride in the fact that she is “hyper-local in terms of my focus.” When not familiar with an area, Jenny does not hesitate to refer a client to a broker who is more in tune with that community.
After college and before joining her family’s real estate business, Jenny traveled extensively, spending a year in Wyoming and living in Manhattan and Brooklyn before settling back home in Westchester County, which she says is a wonderful area in which to live and raise a family.
A tech-savvy agent with membership in the Hudson Gateway Association of Realtors, she keeps her finger on the pulse of available inventory, current market conditions and the real estate industry’s overall economic climate.
