Full disclosure, Leslie was my very caring neighbor during some very stressful times. When I thought about selling she made some suggestions for landscaping and mentioned a builder she thought may be interested. A year later she when I decided to sell, went into action and in two calls my house was sold to the builder for the price we all agreed was fair.
