Phil is truly amazing. He is so kind and caring, you will feel like a member of his family! He has a beautiful energy and attitude. I am so thankful to have found him. I saw a post on Facebook about a home and had many questions. I sent a private message to Phil and he quickly responded to all of my questions. I knew right away, if there was a will, Phil would find a way! And he did! He was able to find us a house and secure it for us, all while we were across the country. I had never rented out my house before, and PHIL FOX was a Godsend. He was always friendly, always patient, very direct but polite, and helped me get things fixed/done around the house that he thought needed attention. I'm also extremely pleased with the tenants he found for me. I would definitely come back to you if I choose to do this again. Phil is a treasure. Frankly we don't know where to start with the positive experience we had working with Phil. From the very first call inquiring about the house, we knew we had found an experienced and knowledgeable partner. As this was our first time buying a home, there were steps to take and considerations we may have likely missed. But Phil was close throughout the process to answer any questions, fill in any gaps, and keep all parties on the same page with a regular flow of communication and follow up. Everyone kept wishing us "good luck" in our journey to buy a home, implying there would be difficulties ahead. And of course, buying a home is not a simple process. However, the day we signed the last document and got our keys we thought "was it supposed to be that easy"? And certainly, Phil was a big part of making the process as smooth as it could be.
