Stacy Chojnowski

Stacey was amazing! We couldn’t have asked for a better person to help us sell our home. After 31 years in the same house, selling was an incredibly emotional and stressful experience for us, and she was there every step of the way. She was extremely attentive—not only to every detail of the sale, but also to our stress levels and the emotional side of such a major life change. She was always quick to answer our questions, completely on top of everything, and made us feel like we were truly being taken care of. Her professionalism, patience, responsiveness, and genuine compassion made a difficult process so much easier. We are incredibly grateful for everything she did for us and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor who truly cares about her clients. Patricia Pelkey and Robert Pelkey

Stacy Chojnowski at William Pitt Sotheby's International Realty did an outstanding job assisting us with all facets of the purchase of our Pittsfield, MA home. Her overall expertise and experience with the Berkshires real estate market was instrumental in our finding the right home and making a successful purchase offer. Beyond that, Stacy was involved with virtually all aspects of the purchase from attorney recommendations to scheduling inspections and help in finding local tradesmen to correct noted inspection issues and consider future home improvements. As we are relocating to New England after decades living in California, Stacy made sure that we understood each phase of the process of purchasing property in Massachusetts from beginning to end. She exceeded our high expectations, meeting with us after hours and on weekends to help accommodate our schedules and she promptly responded to all phone calls, text messages and emails. Stacy worked tirelessly to understand our wants and needs (which admittedly evolved as the process unfolded) and help us navigate a very competitive market. She was unflinchingly willing to go the extra mile and her knowledge of the local real estate market and processes, her consistent and timely responsiveness, and her strong negotiating skills made it clear that choosing her as our realtor was the right decision. In addition to all that, Stacy is a truly nice person and, beyond being our realtor, she is someone we now consider a friend. -Don Cingrani & Marie Rotondo Donald Cingrani

Stacy has been professional and very friendly during this very emotional real estate event. My mom's home is turnkey ready but has one huge disadvantage- flood insurance. It was so encouraging to find out that Stacy was well aware of water issues as she lived on the same street and was able to explain it from personal experience. Stacy has kept me updated every time there is a question or concern and that is so reassuring. I would highly recommend her to anyone. Sothebys is fortunate to have such a dedicated agent. Hi! My name is Joey. It’s been one heck of a year. Covid aside, the last twelve months have seriously been a blur. My job asked me to travel to western Massachusetts to assist another district. I lived out of a suitcase for about a year. As things transpired, I was asked to relocate permanently. I agreed. Now the process of selling my home in the Cape Cod area was underway. Two realtors later, it was sold. It was sentimental due to it being my first home. As the time passed, my new search began. I met Stacy while I was inquiring about another home for sale. I knew immediately that I met my realtor! She is very kind, beautiful, knowledgeable, and made my search fun! We quickly found my new home and I couldn’t be happier! She made the process fun, smooth and easy! I now consider her a good friend, a great realtor! I would highly recommend Stacy to anyone interested in a home purchase! Joey Santos

I had a number of constraints, including location, garage, heating system, bathrooms, etc. and Stacy was patient and encouraging during the whole process. Stacy was exceptionally prompt in returning any calls or messages. She was very helpful with locating people to work on the house before and after the sale. Duncan RyanMann Duncan Mann

Stacy is diligent, thorough, responsive, smart, fun, and knows everything about the market. She provided valuable and much-needed advice to us in our house purchase, which we made from outside the county, and she consistently went beyond expectations and job description to ensure we felt comfortable and well-represented. I don’t know what we would have done without Stacy, and in dealing with other agents in other capacities, it is clear she is a leader of the industry. More than that - we just really enjoyed being around her! We recommend Stacy without hesitation, and would work with her again without a second thought. Danielle B~

Stacy was great. Any questions my wife and I had she was quick to get us an answer. She is very friendly and gets the job done. We had some hicups along the way but Stacy ironed them out and made our buying experance as easy as possible. Seth DiGrigoli

When we set out to look for a new home I called a friend that had been in the RE business in Berkshire County. Moving here from greater Boston we were completely in the dark about who to work with. My friend unhesitatingly referred me to Stacy and to pay it forward I am going to do the same for all of you! From the moment we first talked Stacy was able to get a firm grasp on who we are, what we were looking for and what our needs were. Asking great questions, she put together a view into the current inventory, was able to inform us about market trends, what she knew about upcoming inventory and the pros and cons about the various towns. She answered all of our questions and had great insight. As a result we were quickly able to fine the perfect place (and we can be hard to please!) When it came to getting an inspector, managing the negotiation (we got in under asking) knowing the right comps and making sure all the Ts were crossed and Is were dotted Stacy was right on point. If you are looking for someone to work with to find your forever home or next home or vacation home do yourself a favor and reach out to Stacy, like we did. Bill S.

Stacy was amazing! Highly recommend her! She was very knowable and helpful with every step of my purchasing my new home. She went above and beyond to find the perfect house for my needs. I would never go with any other realtor for any future needs. Sally D.

She is absolutely the best!!! Very knowledgeable , patient and will walk you thru the whole process. A great experience and I would not hesitate to use her again. Thanks Stacy! Lisa C.

Simply put, Stacy is the BEST! Stacy is honest, extremely knowledgeable about the housing market and consistently went above and beyond for us for months until we found our house. As first time homebuyers, Stacy was able to help us navigate through the process with ease. She showed us house after house and always told us her real thoughts, even if we didn't want to hear them. I was able to trust her opinion, knowing it was based on facts. Once we found a house, Stacy had an offer together in no time. She helped negotiate pricing and closing costs--things that I otherwise would have no way of knowing how to do. She held my hand through the entire process and legitimately cared about where my family purchased our first house. Stacy isn't just a regular real estate agent--she goes above and beyond (and then into beast mode) and she truly wants the best for you! Her fun & spunky personality is a free added bonus!! Again, I HIGHLY recommend Stacy! Courtney S.

From the get-go, Stacy was enthusiastically and expertly supportive regarding the sale of our home. She was also the agent helping us find a condominium. She was confident that both could be accomplished with realistic sale and purchase objectives. Her friendly and professional approach was always a comfort to us. Her ability to multi-task was actually fun to watch. When both deals went down, Stacy took us through the steps for each with expert precision. Hugs all around! Stan & Jan C.

She has been and continues to be a pleasure to work with. Shana P.

Stacy was the second realtor to try and sell our house. She listened and gave her best advice. She took such amazing photographs of our home I said that if I saw it online, I would want to buy it! It sold immediately and we got everything we asked. She's attentive and responsive and I would absolutely recommend her to friends and family. She's also a native of the Berkshires which I feel has made her an expert on the area, it's residents and it's real estate. Sonya H.

Stacy sold our house 3 years ago and we couldn't had been happier with her. She was very professional and very aggressive with the marketing of our home. We had tried to sell our home with another realtor in the area and they couldn't get it done but Stacy got it sold in less than 4 months. We would highly recommend Stacy to sell anyone's home. Mike B.
