My local roots run deep, having grown up in the Village of Bronxville. I attended the Bronxville Schools from Kindergarten through 12th Grade graduation, and returned here in 2003 to raise my own family.

I joined Julia B. Fee Sotheby's International Realty in 2011, following a fourteen-year legal career as a commercial litigator and attorney for the New York State court system. I am a second-generation real estate professional, having learned much about the business from my mother, a thirty-year veteran of the lower-Westchester real estate sales market. After graduating from Yale University with a B.A. in Psychology in 1991, I earned my J.D. from Fordham University School of Law, graduating magna cum laude in 1997. As a successful attorney practicing in both the private and public sectors, I have represented and advised individuals and institutions in a wide variety of legal matters, which required me to provide exceptional client service. Responsiveness to client inquiries, attention to detail, and, most importantly, loyalty, honesty, and unfailing dedication to the client's needs and interests, are just some of the skills and qualities I developed in my legal career - and which I now bring to my real estate career.

I live in Bronxville Village with my husband, Tom Moore, and my two school-aged children, Jack and Lily. I am an active volunteer in the Bronxville Schools, as well as in several non-profit organizations, including the Junior League of Bronxville, the Bereavement Center of Westchester, and Graham-Windham Services to Families and Children. Prior to returning home to Westchester, My husband and I indulged our love-affair with real estate by embarking on a gut renovation/ restoration of an historic 1847 townhouse in Brooklyn Heights, followed by an extensive remodeling of a beach house in Block Island, Rhode Island. As a result, I am very familiar with the passion and excitement that accompany property ownership. I always enjoy meeting new people, and look forward to marketing and selling your distinctive property, or helping you find your dream home in Westchester.

Testimonials

Overall we had a great experience with our broker. Everything was professional and handled in a timely manner. Susan was quick to fix any issues or attend to the needs of potential buyers. We were very pleased with the high level of service.

Erika Tronni

I owe a huge debt of gratitude to Susan for her outstanding effort in achieving a successful sale of my Westchester home. All real estate deals have their share of stressful complexities given the dollar values and emotional nature of buying or selling. What Susan gave, besides a keen eye and an always professional demeanor, was steady and unwavering support from start to finish. And tons and tons of her time, without complaint. (Well beyond what is reasonable to expect) My sale involved legal issues, a buried oil tank, an overly extended timeline, and an out of state seller (me) that thought cranberry walls in kitchens were still all the rage! Thank goodness I listened to my real estate agent. If you pick Susan, you are in great hands! My endless thanks to you Susan for a job well done.

We've moved alot during our marriage. Hands down, no realtor has ever come close to Susan in terms of professionalism, poise under pressure, responsiveness and market savvy. We had total confidence in her during two purchases, and intend to use her on our next sale!

Patricia M.

Susan is knowledgeable about the area, well versed in the the art of deal making and she is also a very effective communicator, on the phone, via email and even text. She was accomodative of our schedules and put in a lot of time to help us find exactly what we needed. Most of all, Susan is a truly honest person, she helped save us from making a big mistake, even though at the time, it was against her personal incentive to close a deal. We will be back to her when it's time to buy our home. Thank you Susan!

Rahul

We are extremely pleased with Susan's representation of our real estate needs. Susan has a deep understanding of the real estate market in Westchester County and has successfully guided our family for the sale of two properties; a co-op in Bronxville and a house in Eastchester. In both instances, Susan provided an accurate market analysis and her recommended listing price resulted in offers at or very close to the advertised price. We would recommend Susan without reservation.
