As the saying goes, "I'm not a doctor but I played one on TV." And I did, actually, on a soap opera in my previous career. That experience taught me a great deal about listening, working as a team member, and using all my creative energy to get results. 

Prior to my acting days, I spent a quarter of every year growing up on an island on a lake in Ontario; a time in my life that provided me with an enduring understanding of the nuances and distinctive characteristics of waterfront property.

 My mom was Canadian, which makes me the son of an immigrant. My father can trace his ancestors back to a signer of the Declaration of Independence, providing a sort of yin and yang of the American experience.  All of which informs my deep appreciation for the American dream of homeownership,

But at the end of the day - it's not about me. It's about you. Did we find and secure your dream home? Did we close the sale of your most important financial and emotional asset at the best price and with the best terms available in the market cycle in which you decided to sell? 

I believe the reason I have been able to remain successful in this market for over 30 years is that my focus has been on helping my clients navigate the ever-changing market conditions. From the shallows of recession thru the shoals of rising interest rates, past the scylla and charybdis of financial considerations and emotional attachment,  "still I remain tied to the mast" and have been driven to guide you safely home.  (and if you get those last two references mentioned above, we really gotta talk.)
