Jim’s business philosophy is influenced by his many years of working with legendary UCLA Coach John Wooden, whose Pyramid of Success maxims helped form his approach to business.

Cooperation- listen if you want to be heard. Be interested in finding the best way, not in having your own way. Skill- a knowledge of and the ability to properly and quickly execute the fundamentals. Be prepared and cover every little detail. Enthusiasm- truly enjoy what you are doing.”
