William Pitt Realty was recommended by a long time resident of Litchfield county. I was so fortunate to work with Steve Pener. He listed and understood my needs and requirements and even went outside his usual territory to accommodate my interest in properties in Dutchess and Ulster Counties in New York. Once I targeted a property Steve provided astute guidance and helped ease the tedious process of inspections, review of the reaults, appraisals, negotiations and provision of documents. He also helped get practical answers to questions on the property, and vendors. It was a great partnership. It’s too bad I don’t buy properties more often because I would definitely love to work with Steve again. Matthew Kalishman

From beginning to end Steve was outstanding. He guided us through the process and Judy and I can't imagine doing it without him. He explained everything clearly and was prompt in getting back to us with new developments or when we had questions. He was understanding of our needs and scheduled showings mindful of that. His good counsel was critical to our downsizing. Any seller would be fortunate to work with him. Judith & Gregory Sheridan

Steve was tremendously helpful, guiding me through the process. Listing my childhood home, coupled with the passing of my mother made it a daunting task to deal with. Steve handled so many little things for me, I will always be grateful. Mary C. Grusauski Estate
