Veteran Stamford firm relocates to burgeoning South End
Stamford, Conn. (April 16, 2014) —William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty today announced that the firm’s corporate headquarters has moved to the Harbor Point area of Stamford. The firm, which has maintained its roots in Stamford since its founding in 1949, will now be based in the fast-growing South End of the city at 170 Washington Boulevard.

The new headquarters strengthens the firm’s already established presence in Harbor Point, joining its brokerage office at 121 Towne Street, adjacent to the Fairway Market and the more than 1,000 new apartments constructed on the site of the former Yale & Towne Lock factory. The company said that its larger Harbor Point presence positions it to even better meet the rising demand for Harbor Point’s new housing, alongside its new office spaces, restaurants, shopping, marinas and acres of waterside parkland.
