(August 15, 2014) —William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty today announced that the company was a sponsor of the 2014 Litchfield Jazz Festival, held from August 8-10 at the Goshen Fairgrounds in Goshen, Conn. The company’s sponsorship included a booth at the event, which was manned by volunteer agents who were able to greet members of the public and introduce the services that the firm and brand has to offer.
The annual Litchfield Jazz Festival, now in its 19th year, is put on by the Litchfield Performing Arts organization, which seeks to inspire and educate young musicians through jazz and other performing arts programs. In addition to the festival, these include the Litchfield Jazz Camp, Project Poetry Live! and more.
This year’s jazz festival headliners included Cecile McLorin Salvant, the Gospel According to Jazz with Kirk Whalum and the Mike Stern Band featuring Bob Franceschini, Janek Gwizdala and Lionel Cordew.
