Molly McEvoy was born in Dublin, Ireland and moved to the USA with her parents in 2000. She was raised and educated in Stamford, CT, and completed a BA at The University of Rhode Island. Real estate has been a constant in her life. Her mother, Olwyn Fagan, has been an agent in CT for over 20 years. Molly has been going to showings since she was 6 years old. Molly and her mother both share a deep passion for real estate and under her mentorship Molly is learning more and more each day. Through her own experiences, Molly has learned that finding the perfect home is more than just a transaction, it’s an emotional journey that ultimately leads to finding the perfect space where memories are made and dreams come true.

Shawn Flaherty was born and raised in Williamstown, MA. Shawn is currently working in the Physical Education Department for Mount Greylock Regional High School. In addition to working in PE, he spent most of his career as a Special Education Paraprofessional. Shawn will be entering his 26th year at the school. He has been honored by the students of Mount Greylock as recipient of the ‘Staff of the Year Award’ in 2021 and 2023. Shawn was also the football coach at the high school, where he coached for 25 years. Teamwork, integrity, determination and an unmatched work ethic characterize Shawn. Shawn achieved great success as a coach- 3 state championships, WBEC 2012 Coach of the Year, 2013 Frank Zoltek Passion for Coaching Award, and the longest win streak in Berkshire County football history (33 Games).
