Erika Gardner is a Luxury Real Estate Sales Agent with William Pitt Sotheby's International Realty who helps affluent clients list, buy, and sell homes in Westchester County, NY, and Fairfield County, CT luxury markets.

She brings her clients a proven track record of nearly 12 years of real estate leasing, sales, and purchasing expertise. She also has an architectural background, holding a degree in the Science of Interior Design.

Prior to accepting her current position, Erika worked as a Sales Associate at another prominent real estate firm. Before that, she was trained by one of the most prestigious luxury real estate companies in New York City. She marketed luxury homes for all estates and mediated negotiations between buyers, sellers, and renters.

Earlier in her career, she worked as a sales and leasing agent for various prestigious properties, including selling high-end apartments in the Lower Manhattan area and as a leasing agent for Flamingo South Beach properties with over 1,600 apartment units in Miami Beach- FL.

Before becoming a realtor, Erika worked in public relations, promoting some of the most prestigious clubs in Miami Beach, FL, where she built an impressive Rolodex of prominent community members and continues to maintain those relationships.

Erika Gardner was born and raised in São Paulo, Brazil, before relocating to Miami Beach, Florida, then to New York City to pursue her career. She has lived in Darien, Connecticut, for the past 13 years with her husband, three children, and two dogs. Erika is a true polyglot, fluent in Portuguese, Spanish, and English.
