Cameron Volastro Joins William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty in the Berkshires

Great Barrington, Mass. – December 4, 2025 – William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty is pleased to announce that Cameron Volastro, a Berkshire County native known for blending high-level marketing and videography with deep local real estate expertise, has joined the firm’s Berkshires brokerages in Great Barrington and Lenox, Mass.

Volastro has become one of the region’s most visible real estate marketers, leveraging a digital-first strategy across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. His property films and lifestyle content collectively reach up to one million viewers per month, connecting local sellers with broad regional and national audiences.

“Real estate is, at its core, about showing people the life they can build in a place,” Volastro said. “By pairing beautiful visual storytelling with strong market knowledge, I’m able to connect buyers not only with a home, but with the lifestyle the Berkshires has to offer.”

Raised in the Berkshires, Volastro returned to the region after studying in San Diego. Before transitioning to real estate, he worked in his family’s marine business, where he developed specialized knowledge of waterfront properties—a niche he will continue to focus on in his new affiliation.

“Cameron’s marketing reach and deep local knowledge make him an invaluable asset to our clients,” said Stephanie McNair, Brokerage Manager for William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty’s Berkshires offices. “We’re thrilled to welcome someone who understands not just how to market and sell homes, but how to capture the spirit of this region.”

In addition to his real estate career, Volastro is a highly active participant in the greater Berkshires community, using his media channels to help promote local cultural organizations and nonprofits. He collaborates regularly with Berkshire institutions including Jacob’s Pillow, Berkshire Busk!, local tourism boards and chambers of commerce to highlight the region’s vibrant arts and tourism offerings.

Volastro also serves on the board of directors for the Community Development Corporation of South Berkshire, sits on the Seasonal Communities Advisory Council under the Massachusetts Executive Office of Housing and Livable Communities, and hosts business succession planning workshops through the Southern Berkshire Chamber of Commerce.

Cameron Volastro can be found online through his “Living in the Berkshires” channels on YouTube, Instagram, TikTok and Facebook. He can be reached at (413) 770-7712 or [email protected].
