Bedford, N.Y. (January 28, 2026)—Julia B. Fee Sotheby’s International Realty today announced that Jared Wiener, a top-producing real estate professional with more than 25 years of experience and over $550 million in career sales, has joined the firm’s Bedford, N.Y., brokerage.
Jared brings a distinguished track record of success across Westchester County and the greater New York metropolitan area. Most recently, he spent seven years with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices as an Associate Broker, where he consistently ranked in the top 10–14% of the network in the Northeast and was regularly recognized as a top listing and selling agent in his office.

Jared began his real estate career in Manhattan after transitioning from the corporate world, where he worked in media sales. He quickly discovered a passion for real estate and went on to hold leadership roles at boutique firms before relocating to Westchester and building a highly successful sales career across the county. Jared lived in Westchester for many years and raised his children in the area, giving him deep local knowledge and strong community ties.
Now based in the Bedford office, Jared plans to further expand his presence in Northern Westchester, where he has already closed numerous transactions. He works across a broad range of price points, typically from the upper mid-market through the luxury segment, and serves clients throughout the county.
Known for his hands-on, highly responsive approach, Jared says his business is built on one core principle: exceptional service. “I go above and beyond, even before I earn the business, because I believe in giving value first. Jared is also certified in Construction Project Management and is a longtime member of the Real Estate Board of New York.
