New England Native Brings Sales, Marketing and Community Knowledge to New Role

Newtown, Conn. (April 10, 2014) —William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty today announced that Nan Jane Keough has joined the company and will be based in the firm’s Newtownbrokerage. Keough, who entered the real estate industry inJuly 2013, brings both leadership and a dynamic sales and marketing background to her new role as a real estate sales professional.

Keough is an authentic New Englander, native to the Berkshires in Massachusetts. After graduation from Saint Michael’s College in Vermont, she selected Fairfield County as her new home, where she developed her background in sales and marketing with Dun & Bradstreet Companies specializing in the education market. But Newtown, Connecticut is where Keough chose to raise her family and immerse herself as an active leader in her community for over 30 years.

Keough has acquired extensive real estate market knowledge in specialized areas for specific properties, unique communities and local business commerce. She is closely connected to professional resources in the area, such as creative financing, mortgaging, tax consulting and building solutions. She is licensed in the state of Connecticut and is active in Fairfield County, specializing in Newtown, Bethel, Bethlehem, Bridgewater, Brookfield, Danbury, New Fairfield, New Milford, Redding, Ridgefield, Roxbury, Southbury and Woodbury.

In addition to her real estate career, Keough holds various leadership positions in Connecticut. She is a board member, social committee leader and a part of the race team for the Winterset Ski Club, a parishioner of Saint Rose Church, and a member of the Rock Ridge Country Club and Lady River Runners Golf league
