All Treats, No Tricks

It’s nice to know when hard work is appreciated.  It provides the motivation to continue along the path of success. Such is the case with our company, which shows gratitude for its dedicated workforce that contributes so greatly to the brand’s outstanding reputation each and every day. Last week our firm celebrated the hard work of its employees at our Annual Employee Appreciation Event / Halloween Bash. The fun-filled evening took place at the Westport Inn in Westport, Conn., where administrators from our brokerages throughout Connecticut, Westchester County and the Berkshires were recognized for their contribution to our unparalleled success.

The day included various leadership speakers from major corporate departments, as well as administrative and marketing training on new tools designed to ensure that real estate agents receive the highest level of support in the industry.  Administrators from each brokerage were able to not only benefit from this hands-on experience, but also learn of current happenings and future plans in various parts of the company.

The evening concluded with the highly anticipated Halloween Bash, where nearly all those in attendance donned creative attire with hopes of winning the Halloween costume contest. KC Peckham and Ann Batista took home first place in the team category with their exceptional portrayal of the Sotheby’s Auction House, complete with a reproduction of the famed shredded Banksy painting that was created during a now-famous Sotheby’s auction. Barbara Rylander was the top individual with her dazzling “Sparkling Barbie” costume that included a life-size version of Mattel’s recognizable packaging of the popular children’s toy.
