Prior to joining Julia B. Fee Sotheby's International Realty I managed five offices in Litchfield County, Connecticut and Berkshire County, Massachusetts for our sister company William Pitt Sotheby's International Realty. During my tenure our sales volume grew at a rate that far exceeded the general market growth and we became the largest brokerage in terms of total dollars and units in Litchfield County. I set goals. I achieve the goals I set.

I would not characterize my management style as either hands-on or hands-off. I'm as involved as I have to be to ensure that each buyer and seller we represent receives the most professional, most informed service in seeking to buy or sell their home.

I champion the Sotheby's marketing strategy which takes our powerful global brand partnerships and fuses them with targeted exposure within local, regional and national channels. There is a commitment to maintaining our leadership position in our local markets while also creating far-reaching global connections that surpass any of our competitors.
