The affiliate, previously known as Gold Coast Sotheby’s International Realty, will now operate as Queensland Sotheby’s International Realty under current owner and managing director Paul Arthur. The brand plans to expand its luxury residential real estate services throughout the state of Queensland, its newest office set to open in the capital city of Brisbane in March of this year. Further plans for expansion will take place in the latter part of 2016, involving the markets of Noosa, Cairns and the Whitsundays & Islands.
