I would recommend Pitt/Sotheby's if Dave Mallison were the realtor in question. He represented my mother in the sale of her house and was simply great. He communicated proactively, demonstrated great attention to detail, was knowledgeable and personable, and dealing with him even over something as stressful as the sale of our home was a pure pleasure. He also went above and beyond answering questions, and correctly revised upward by $50K the initial estimate by another realtor of the home's potential sale price.
From a New Year’s Eve bash about 18 years ago – we recorded several of our live performances, since our electric guitar player owned a recording studio… His guitar goes a little flat toward the end of the song, but it doesn’t ruin the chemistry. These are not videos – they are audio recordings turned into videos so I could post them. Please listen with real speakers or headphones for the best quality.
