Your Realtor, Ellen Henderson, was absolutely WONDERFUL to work with! Being the seller, I was unsure of many aspects of the business of marketing a house, particularly a house that needed lots of repairs. Ellen was with me, as my coach and advisor, from the very first moment she stepped onto the property. She explained the best way to prepare the house for market, taking into account my situation and needs. She helped me find contractors to do prep work.
