Lorne Mitchell

Lorne is a long-time Fairfield resident. His interest in real estate developed at an early age tagging along with his grandfather collecting rent and assisting with the upkeep of his grandfather’s investment properties in Fairfield County.  After graduating from Roger Ludlowe High School, Lorne left for Arizona where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Management, prompting a move to Los Angeles to pursue a career in television and music.  He ultimately landed at ViacomCBS in the Business and Legal Affairs department.  While at ViacomCBS, Lorne specialized in contract negotiations, music and media licensing, operations, and television production management.  In his position, he developed strong negotiation skills that have carried over into his real estate career.

While living in Santa Monica, CA, Lorne managed the apartment building he lived in and became well-versed in the nuances of investment properties.  Lorne relished his 11 years in Southern California and eventually returned to his hometown of Fairfield, CT where he began investing in residential property development within Fairfield County.  Following a 22-year career at ViacomCBS, Lorne decided to focus exclusively on his passion, real estate.
