Coming in as a Realtor from another state, I wouldn't reccomend anyone aside from Mark in his area of expertise in Connecticut. I found Mark by accident but very fortunate I did and wouldn’t have wanted to work w anyone else . This was my first time buying a home. In an insanely competitive market he was able to find me a home in a little less than a week of working together. I didn’t know what to expect buying for the first time but he was there through the entire process , always available by phone when I needed him or had questions . Even went as far to make himself available to meet w the municipality to tie up loose ends before my closing . His referral for mortgage lender was fantastic as well.
