About Me About Me

I have lived on the CT shoreline for 40 plus years having resided in the towns of Old Saybrook, Old Lyme, Waterford, Deep River and currently in Essex. I understand the special qualities of this region and will share my knowledge as we work together to find your next home.

I possess first-hand knowledge of the local school systems having graduated from Old Saybrook Senior High School and I also work in the field of education as a Director of School Counseling at an area high school. My counseling background enables me to actively listen to your needs and help you clarify what you want in your new home. Prior to my education career, I was a retail sales manager for Levi Strauss for many years.  Customer service was my specialty and I am confident I will earn your trust so we can create a productive working relationship.

As an avid, amateur photographer, I have a creative eye that enables me to help you see the potential in the properties we see together.

I am excited to help you list your home as you set off on a new adventure or show you homes as you search for your forever home. Please reach out to me via my cell or email and we will begin this exciting process together.

Testimonials (5)

Tracy was an excellent realtor to work with. She went above and beyond her duties as my realtor. She was very thorough and detail oriented and explained the real estate documents in a clear way. I would definitely recommend her and use her again in the future. Julie F - Ivoryton, CT
From our first meeting I was certain that Tracy was the realtor for us, and I was right! She listened to my ramblings about selling our beloved family home and asked me what I was looking for in a realtor. My response was that we wanted someone to listen to our concerns, be fair and honest in their practices and also be open about sharing their opinions. Tracy was all that and more. She goes above and beyond for her clients, whether it’s delivering many loads of boxes for packing, giving advice about what to focus on when preparing your home and staging your home, or doing a final dump run when the end is near but you are running on fumes! Many of my friends commented on the fact that our realtor did an amazing job with both the presentation and with marketing our home. We had over 60 people attend our open houses over one weekend, and accepted an offer in three days! You cannot go wrong hiring Tracy Lenz as your realtor! Laura D- Old Saybrook, CT

I am not sure I can express how thankful I am for all that Tracy did to help me sell my home.  I am not sure I could have done it alone.  I appreciated all of her guidance and knowledge throughout this stressful process.  She remained calm and steady even when I was extremely stressed out.  But, everything worked out great and I couldn't be happier.
