Yolanda brings a unique flair to real estate - and it's no surprise. It's been her approach to everything her whole life. Born and educated in Italy, Yolanda and her family began their journey to the U.S. She learned to adapt quickly to change, be open to new and creative ideas, and how to make the best of every situation — all things that have come to serve her well in her career.
Helping consumers navigate the real estate landscape, finding their forever homes has been Yolanda's calling.
When working with Yolanda as your realtor, you have the benefit of having someone with tremendous vision. One of the things clients love most about working with her genuine desire to provide legendary customer service and the connection they form with her throughout the process. Many clients have found themselves becoming friends and benefitting from her incredible culinary skills! Her hospitality is invaluable, not just when purchasing a house but in assisting you with making it a home. She is as compassionate as she is consistent.
She has served on numerous boards and is currently a board member for the Essex Housing Authority and serves on several committees for Habitat for Humanity. As chairperson of the Realtor Association's Community Relations Committee, she has rallied members to donate to food drives for the Shoreline Soup Kitchens and Pantries. She also oversees fundraising galas for the Child and Family Agency of Southeastern Connecticut. She participates in the Terri Brodeur Breast Cancer Foundation's annual marathon – an activity that has special meaning as Yolanda herself is a breast cancer survivor.
When not working with clients, Yolanda spends as much time as possible in her garden, sunrise walks by the beach with her dog Bella, cooking and entertaining, reading and kicking back on the couch.
