A seasoned real estate marketing professional who is passionate about digital communications and design, Ashley Breunich brings a forward-thinking approach to her new role as Director of Marketing for William Pitt-Julia B. Fee Sotheby’s International Realty. Breunich is well-versed in all elements of modern marketing including digital and social media, branding, graphic design, and web design/development, and is a self-proclaimed coding geek, having earned a certificate in Full-Stack JavaScript Software Development from Code Fellows, an immersive coding boot camp based in Seattle.

Being poised at the edge of the real estate industry’s full adoption of digital marketing capabilities excites Breunich, who says, “While I love creating pieces for print, the digital arena is where design is moving. It's a dynamic market that is constantly evolving, and I think the real estate industry is just tapping into what digital can do for them, which creates a lot of opportunity in the industry.”

In this new role, Breunich is looking forward to combining her deep knowledge of the Sotheby's International Realty® brand with her creative and development background to inspire her team and help create visually stunning marketing pieces that work effectively for their agents. 

Prior, Breunich served as Digital Marketing Manager and Web Designer with Realogics Sotheby's International Realty in Seattle, Washington, where she was responsible for conceptualizing and building the company’s digital marketing team and played an integral role in launching the firm’s new website. She also spent time as Marketing Manager with the San Francisco Bay Area Sotheby’s International Realty brand affiliate now known as Golden Gate Sotheby’s International Realty. There, she coordinated all company marketing, supervised advertising, and trained agents and staff on technology and the brand.

A 2012 graduate of Fordham University, where she received a B.A. in Visual Arts, concentrating in Graphic Design, Breunich recently relocated back to the East Coast and lives with her fiancé and her cat, Ponyo. When she’s not working, you can find her keeping up with coding projects and indulging her passion for great typography and art.
