Katie Brunner serves as Sales & Operations Manager for the Bedford office, bringing a powerful combination of local market insight, executive leadership experience, and a deep commitment to community. A longtime Bedford resident, Katie has strong roots in the area and a genuine passion for supporting the people and neighborhoods that define it.

Katie transitioned into real estate in 2017, quickly developing a strong understanding of the luxury market and the level of service required to deliver exceptional results. Her experience in the field, combined with her leadership background, allows her to effectively support advisors in growing their businesses and navigating an increasingly competitive landscape.

Prior to real estate, Katie spent more than 24 years in highly competitive corporate environments, holding senior executive roles including Chief Operating Officer and SVP Group Managing Director. She led major initiatives and managed significant accounts for global brands such as Pfizer and Novartis, overseeing large teams, complex operations, and multi-million-dollar budgets. Throughout her career, she has consistently demonstrated an ability to build, lead, and motivate teams, while driving performance and achieving meaningful growth.

Katie is known for her high energy, focus, and hands-on leadership style. She is deeply committed to coaching and developing advisors, fostering a strong and collaborative office culture, and helping individuals and teams reach their full potential.
