Vincent Socci brings a distinct blend of marketing expertise and technology know-how to his role as COO for William Pitt and Julia B. Fee Sotheby’s International Realty. As the firm’s chief operating officer, Vin is responsible for the overall management of the company’s day to day operations and oversees the team that supports the company’s marketing and technology programs. He was appointed to the position of chief operating officer in 2013, following four years leading the firm’s marketing efforts. During his tenure as director of marketing, Vin was responsible to lead the company’s marketing, technology and communications initiatives and played a significant role in successfully managing the acquisition of six brokerages from Sotheby's International Realty, Inc. and transitioning more than 300 sales associates into the organization.

Vin has also played a key role leading the company's digital innovation efforts, most notably overseeing the development of the firm's website and intranet platforms. The brokerage's website, williampitt.com, has received numerous accolades for design and innovation and was most recently named the best overall real estate website by REAL Trends, one of the most trusted sources of news, analysis and information in residential real estate.

As a key member of the executive team, Vin plays an integral role in the growth and development of the firm’s presence in Connecticut, Westchester, NY and the Berkshires in Massachusetts. Vin contributes to all areas of the organization including marketing, innovation, technology, strategy and those areas that he directly oversees day to day throughout the company's 28 brokerages. 

Vin previously served as marketing manager for Prudential Connecticut Realty based in Rocky Hill, CT, where he led the luxury marketing division, Fine Homes International, and oversaw marketing support services for the firm. With more than 10 years of experience in the real estate industry specifically during significant change, Vin is well positioned to assist in leading William Pitt - Julia B. Fee Sotheby’s International Realty through continued growth, innovation and success.
