Four wolves in fresh snow in the mountains

The Power of the Pack—2017 Company Event

By Megan Montemarano

“NOW this is the Law of the Jungle, as old and as true as the sky,
And the Wolf that shall keep it may prosper, but the Wolf that shall break it must die.

As the creeper that girdles the tree trunk, the law runneth forward and back;
For the strength of the pack is the wolf, and the strength of the wolf is the pack.”

The spectacular April 5th event kicked off with a networking session, where agents mixed and mingled with fellow associates—the perfect occasion for building the kinds of relationships that lead to new business and future referral sources. At the same time, attendees were able to connect with representatives from key sponsors in our Vendor Alley, and learn about important new technology and marketing products.These ever-famous words of Rudyard Kipling served as the inspiring theme of this year’s company event, “The Power of the Pack.” According to the quote, there is an interdependent relationship that exists between the individual and organization, ultimately allowing each to thrive. This insightful metaphor that can easily be related to our company and the unique culture we consistently seek to foster.
