Mystic, Conn. — May 6, 2025 — William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty announced today that accomplished real estate agent Geb Masterson has joined the firm’s Mystic, Conn., brokerage. With nearly a decade of experience and more than $96 million in closed sales across both Connecticut and Rhode Island, Masterson brings a proven track record and deep market insight to the Connecticut Shoreline region.
Previously affiliated with Mott & Chase Sotheby’s International Realty in Rhode Island, Masterson has been a leader in luxury property sales, most notably achieving the highest-ever sale of a single-family home in Narragansett, R.I.—a $12 million oceanfront estate that closed in 2021. His regional expertise positions him uniquely to serve clients seeking primary or vacation homes throughout the coastal corridor.
“Geb’s knowledge of waterfront properties and his extensive network in both Rhode Island and Connecticut make him a wonderful fit for our Mystic office,” said Beth Cote, brokerage manager for William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty in Mystic. “We’re thrilled to welcome him to the team.”
“I’m excited to join forces with William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty in Mystic. This move gives me an exceptional opportunity to expand my reach and build new relationships across the Connecticut Shoreline while remaining part of the most renowned real estate brand,” said Masterson.
A graduate of Georgetown University with a degree in Finance, Masterson has spent his career demonstrating a deep commitment to giving back. Through his “Houses-4-Good” initiative, he donates a portion of every commission to local charitable organizations, supporting the communities he serves.
Masterson and his wife, Nelleke, lived across the U.S. and Europe, including Amsterdam, New York City, and Southern California, before settling in Watch Hill, R.I., in 2010. An avid sailor and boater, he enjoys making the most of coastal living with his family.
