New Canaan, Conn. (January 30, 2026) — William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty has announced that Kendall Sneddon and The Sneddon Team of the firm’s New Canaan, Conn., brokerage have achieved the firm’s highest sales distinctions following an exceptional year of performance in 2025.
Kendall Sneddon secured the position of top-producing agent across the entire company, earning the No. 1 ranking for revenue and receiving the firm’s Diamond Award, its most prestigious individual honor. Sneddon also led the New Canaan office in performance categories including revenue and closed unit transactions.
The Sneddon Team — led by Kendall and Jaime Sneddon and joined by Aileen Mastey, Hailey Bise, and George Bakes — captured the No. 1 ranking company-wide for closed dollar volume and also finished as the top team in the New Canaan office for both revenue and total units sold.
Jaime Sneddon of the Sneddon Team was additionally honored with a Diamond Award, and was named the No. 2 agent by revenue in the New Canaan brokerage.
All recognitions are based on closed sales during the 2025 calendar year.
