These experiences served as a foundation for building a wealth of knowledge about local schools, neighborhoods, and housing options. Debbie continually builds knowledge of the Sound Shore communities by assisting a myriad of clients especially first time home buyers who can appreciate the individual attention and care that Debbie provides her clients. You can count on her to give you the attention and direction needed whether you are renting an apartment, selling a condo, or purchasing a grand home.

Additionally, she has recent involvement in the building and management aspects of the industry having assisted in the construction of a two home residential subdivision and currently helps to manage a new construction eleven unit rental building in Harrison known as 50Six Calvert.

Debbie is an Alumni of Harrison High School, St. Bonaventure University, and Manhattanville College. Two of her three daughters graduated from the Rye City School District, and the youngest will soon also be an alumni.

Community involvement is a huge priority in Debbie's life and she is engaged in many aspects. Debbie serves as a client coordinator and volunteer for The Wig Exchange-a service organization for cancer patients going through chemotherapy as well as a volunteer member of the Soul Ryeders and Friends Organization.

For many years, Debbie was a Catechist for Resurrection Parish and continues to actively volunteer when needed. She also served as a board member of the Rye Girls Softball League and a Scout Leader. She is a former member of the Denison University Parents Club and has assisted with recruiting for the college in our area. Debbie has a vast history of volunteerism for many PTO related and community committees throughout her family's many years in Rye.

Having owned and renovated homes in both Rye and Harrison, the Nye family is grateful to be part of such outstanding communities. Look to Debbie for some "Sound Shore" advice.

We love Sotheby's! Debbie and Preston both made our whole process of buying a house so easy and enjoyable. Would 100% refer anyone who is looking for a house in this area to use Sotheby's!

My husband and I recently made an impromptu decision to move out of NYC as a result of COVID and Debbie was absolutely fantastic to work with throughout our rental process! She is extremely kind and caring, intelligent, and was quick to respond to all of our questions with direct and thorough answers. Debbie was sincerely interested in working to make sure she did her best to accommodate my husband and me from scheduling time to look at the apartment, through the lease negotiation and signing process, and through the move in / settling into our new apartment. We could not be more thrilled to have worked with Debbie and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor!
