Our home search spanned 15 months in the northwest CT corner, as well as the southern Berkshires around Great Barrington. This is the 6th house that I have purchased. In the past, I made an offer, we closed the deal in a few weeks and I was handed the keys. Not this time! To my surprise, Donna stayed with us during the purchase process and made sure that we hired quality people to evaluate the condition of the house, the well, the septic, the roof etc.. We discovered the well pump was malfunctioning and it need to be replaced. If she had not made this happen, we would have been liable for a $10k repair. She insisted we had up to date fire alarms throughout the house (some needed to be replaced). Donna is very courteous, knowledgeable, professional, and passionate about her job.
