Elizabeth Blanchard

I am a CT Yankee and native NewCanaanite! As a Realtor, it is a joy to help introduce newcomers to New Canaan - or to our neighboring Fairfield County towns of Darien, Norwalk, Westport, Wilton and Stamford. Each is distinctive and has its own special qualities ... and I am uniquely well prepared to educate prospects about these special features and to help match up buyers and sellers throughout the region.

By way of background, I attended our top-ranked New Canaan schools, later graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder and then returned home where I earned a Masters in Education and later taught at Saxe, St. Luke’s and King Low Heywood Thomas. After leaving the field of education, I launched a direct sales business, representing several top companies and becoming a Senior Managing Partner for a custom menswear line. Since 2015, I have been a full time Realtor partnered with my mother Carolyn Clark, long time broker and home staging guru.

My in-depth knowledge of the area, my experience as an educator and my direct sales expertise have proved to be invaluable assets when it comes to helping my clients navigate the buying and selling process. My goal is to help each one of them achieve the best possible outcome in the shortest amount of time and to be their trusted advisor along the way. I also publish a weekly real estate update and market recap which helps everyone keep up with all of the latest news and trends. It's a great educational tool!

Community Involvement:

Married and the mother of two boys, I am deeply involved in the community, a frequent volunteer for various organizations and events. I am a member of the New Canaan Chamber of Commerce, the Young Women's League, the International Cultural Club and the Saxe and East School PTC's. I am also a co-founder of the Women's Networking Group of Fairfield County which meets monthly and hosts acclaimed speakers at the Library.

Photography and travel with past excursions to Kenya, Thailand, Australia, Costa Rica, Mexico, Peru, Spain, Italy, England, Scotland & Wales.
