When I first met Mike, I could tell he would be the realtor who would sell my home/business. It was not any easy sell. He knew the numbers that I was looking for to really find a buyer. He persevered and finally had an interested buyer. The timeframe that it took to sell was a challenge of patience. But in the end, we just recently closed.
