With a 30+ year’s progressive career in a variety of industries including publishing, finance, real estate, and health and fitness, Patrice Hunt comes to William Pitt Sotheby's a seasoned sales professional.

Patrice is a highly motivated, results driven innovator who combines quality level service and client retention to maximize revenue and market share. She has developed an extensive background and knowledge base in research and development, market analysis, product promotion, client relationships, customer service, program development, team motivation and leadership. Patrice attended the United Nations International School in New York City, and did her undergraduate studies at Tufts University.

Her initial real estate experience was during the 1980s when living in Boston, MA. She was affiliated with Century 21 Real Estate, involved in both residential and commercial sales. She later signed with the Century 21 Corporate Office in Irvine CA, as a Regional Marketing Executive, handling franchise sales and training throughout the east coast. Eventually she became a co-partner and Marketing Manager of an independent real estate company that focused on new home developments in the area.

Patrice was born and raised in New York City and her family has maintained a summer residence in the coastal community of Village Creek in Norwalk CT, since 1965. After moving to CT in the 1990s, she ventured into another area of interest–health and fitness, both as a certified personal trainer and in management.

Patrice has one daughter, who currently lives in NYC and works in the software/tech space.

She is a huge animal lover, seldom seen around her neighborhood without her beloved chocolate lab, Boomer, either at the local doggie parks or on their daily morning runs. She also enjoys volunteering at PAWS, the local animal shelter, on a weekly basis. Patrice is an avid tennis fan, attends the US Open every year. She enjoys the Theater and all performing arts venues, cooking, athletic activities, singing/music, calligraphy, hiking, reading and travelling.
