Beginning her career in corporate healthcare, Villani jumped into the world of real estate in 2014 and hasn’t looked back. She began working with homebuyers and sellers in the Hudson Valley with Century 21 Alliance Realty Group and most recently ran the three-person Welcome Home Team at Coldwell Banker.
A highly motivated agent, Villani holds designations including Accredited Buyer Representative, Seller Representative Specialist, and Resort and Second-Home Property Specialist. She is also a strong supporter of empowering women in the local real estate industry, having served as past president and current president-elect of The Women’s Council of Realtors Greater Fairfield County.
