Patty Reis Named Brokerage Manager for William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty in Southport

Southport, Conn. (August 3, 2023) — William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty today announced that Patty Reis will assume the role of Brokerage Manager for the firm’s brokerage in Southport, Conn. Reis brings to the position nearly 20 years of real estate sales experience across Fairfield County, Conn.

Reis, a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson, has spent the bulk of her real estate career in a variety of different roles with Brown Harris Stevens, serving as a top selling and listing agent in the areas of Darien, Rowayton, New Canaan, Norwalk, Greenwich and Stamford. Throughout her time in the competitive Fairfield County market, Reis has distinguished herself as a go-to broker with high rates of repeat business and referral growth.

Her passion for real estate is clear in her approach to the market. “I love the energy of real estate. There is always something unique and different around every corner, whether it’s a new listing or a new group of buyers to work with,” Reis said. “There’s always something more to learn.”

Prior to real estate, Reis thrived as a senior-level executive in consumer brand marketing in Atlanta, Ga., New York, N.Y. and Stamford, Conn. Her focus on client services in the advertising world has translated well into real estate, helping her hone in with creative flair and vision when bringing listings to the market. She has also gained valuable leadership skills heading up executive teams and bringing in new business for various advertising agencies.

As the Southport brokerage manager, Reis is looking forward to drawing upon her vast marketing and real estate experience to help leverage the power of the brokerage’s agents. “I’m here to make my agents look good. I’m excited to bring the lessons and skills I’ve acquired to help my agents expand their business and build greater market share here in Southport,” she said.

“I am thrilled for Patty to join our leadership team. She has significant experience with buyers, sellers, builders and relocation clients in the region, and a uniquely broad understanding of the business,” said Paul Breunich, Chairman and CEO of William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty. “I look forward to working with her and seeing what her considerable talents will bring.”
