Keeping Up With the Relocation Team

There’s been a lot of positive activity and hard work in the relocation department this year! To put this into perspective, our company recently received not one, but two Cartus Broker Network Awards. We were named a Platinum winner for our unparalleled services in Fairfield County, and a Silver winner for New Haven and New London Counties.  Cartus, the worldwide leader in employee relocation services, will present the well-deserved awards to our company at the annual Broker Network International Conference, which is being held this week at the JW Marriott Desert Springs Resort & Spa in Palm Desert, California.

Platinum, achieved in our Fairfield County brokerages, is the highest level of the Excellence Awards presented to principal brokers. Excellence Award recognition is based on performance results related to a wide variety of goals including customer service, cost management, and effective analysis and marketing of homes. Fewer than 26% percent of the Network’s principal brokers achieved Platinum-level recognition for their 2014 performance.

“The Platinum Award has long represented extraordinary accomplishment,” said Gerald Pearce, Cartus executive vice president, Broker Services and Affinity Services. “To earn this distinction, a broker must have successfully demonstrated outstanding performance in the areas of attention to customer needs, understanding of local conditions, and execution of best business practices. I’m extremely proud to honor William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty, who has delivered on this goal and produced the very highest levels of results to both its customers and the Cartus Broker Network. ”

The Silver Award, which we received for our services along Connecticut’s Shoreline, is yet another Excellence Award presented to principal brokers. Only 39% percent of the Network’s principal brokers received Excellence Awards in 2014.

“We are honored to be a part of the Cartus Broker Network and extremely pleased to have earned both the Platinum and Silver Award for our successful 2014,” said Jane McWilliams, VP Business Development Relocation for William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty.  “Our relocation staff has put a committed effort into achieving the best results for Cartus, their clients and transferring employees, and our brokerage. I applaud and thank them for their efforts.”

Keep up the great work, team!
