By far the best realtor we have worked with! We typically interview 3-4 realtors when we sell a house. Even before we began working with her, the thoroughness of her marketing support blew the others away. Chris was able to get us significantly more for our home than the others realtors even suggested - by understanding the buying audience for our type of property, and that marketing was about more than just simple square feet. And we ultimately got a full price offer. But what really impressed me was that she was a workhorse through a particularly difficult buyer represented by a trust. We were on the phone daily, with each other, their lawyers, my lawyers, trustees, you name it, even while she was on vacation.
